Banner Announces Rate Increase for Step UL Plan
Legal and General announced effective 7/1/2014, Life Step UL rates will increase. To lock in the current rates, formal applications must be received in Banners home office by Monday, June 30, 2014. For App Assist cases, formal applications must also be received in the home office by June 30,2014. Completed interviews and formal applications received July1, 2014 or later will receive the new rates.
