Nationwide YourLife No-Lapse Guarantee UL is replacing Nationwide YourLife Ultimate
The launch date for Nationwide YourLife No-Lapse Guarantee UL is August 24, 2009, provided ithas been approved in your state. Final applications for Nationwide YourLife ULtimate must meet thefollowing conditions:
• The application must be signed no later than 60 calendar days after the launch date or October 23, 2009
• The application must be received at the Nationwide home office no later than 90 calendar days after the launch date or November 23, 2009
Nationwide YourLife No-Lapse Guarantee UL has been fi led in all states; approvals are still pending in: CA, FL, IL, HI, MA MD, MO, MT, NJ , NV, NY, OR, PA, PR, TX, UT, VA and VI.
